1. Commitment

Social Ride enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Although the app is designed for licensed adult drivers, we implement active measures to prevent, detect, and remove any content that violates our policies or applicable law.

2. Minimum age

Social Ride requires a minimum age of 18 for registration and use. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately.

3. CSAM/CSAE prevention

  • All user-generated content (stories, profile pictures, chat images) is subject to automated checks and human review when reported.
  • Posting, distributing, or soliciting any child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited across all in-app channels (feed, chat, stories, crews).
  • Accounts in violation are immediately suspended and terminated, and their data is preserved for cooperation with authorities.

4. In-app reporting

Social Ride includes accessible reporting mechanisms throughout the app:

  • Report profile from any user's profile screen.
  • Report message from any chat conversation.
  • Report story button visible while viewing content.
  • Report post from any social feed entry.
  • Block user to prevent future interactions.

Child-safety-related reports are prioritized and reviewed within 24 hours.

5. Response procedure

  1. Any report suggesting CSAM or CSAE triggers an immediate review by the team.
  2. Reported content is preemptively removed during review.
  3. If the violation is confirmed, the offender's account is suspended and blocked.
  4. The material and associated metadata are preserved per applicable law.
  5. The relevant authorities are notified (NCMEC in the U.S., Policía Nacional / Guardia Civil in Spain, equivalents in other jurisdictions).
