Have a question, found a bug, want to report abuse, or request data deletion?

Write to us at support@socialride.net and we'll get back to you as soon as we can (typically within 24–72 business hours).

Common questions

  • I want to delete my account: in the app, go to Profile → Privacy & security → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
  • My premium subscription: subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. To cancel or request a refund, you must contact Apple or Google directly.
  • Report abuse or inappropriate content: tap the three-dot menu on any profile, story, message or post to report instantly. Child-safety reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
  • Bugs or suggestions: please include the app version, your device and reproduction steps if you can.

If you want to exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, portability, objection), write to the same email and we'll get back to you within 30 days.
